Standard production time is 10-15 business days after deposit. We support EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms. For clients without import experience, we can connect you with reliable freight forwarders who offer door-to-door (DDP) service to the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
Not at all. Our equipment is shipped 80% pre-assembled. We provide detailed English installation manuals, 3D diagrams, and video tutorials. Any local handyman or maintenance staff can easily complete the final assembly using standard tools.
We offer a comprehensive warranty for commercial use. Main galvanized steel frames are covered for 5 years against structural failure. Moving parts, bearings, and EVA foam paddings are covered for 1 year under normal operating conditions.
Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit to begin production, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment (after you review our quality inspection photos/videos). For large volume orders, we also accept L/C at sight.
Yes, we include a standard maintenance toolkit and a basic set of vulnerable spare parts (such as extra screws, end caps, and foam grips) free of charge with every bulk order. You can also purchase specific replacement parts from us directly at factory prices anytime.
