For standard models, our factory-direct production takes 5-10 days. If you require a custom 3D design for a specific site, production typically takes 10-15 days after the final CAD drawing is approved and the deposit is received.
We design our systems for easy self-assembly. You will receive detailed 3D installation manuals and video tutorials. All parts and pipes are pre-labeled with numbers. For large-scale projects, we can also dispatch an installation engineer to guide your local team.
Our MOQ is generally 1 set for standard playground equipment. However, to optimize international sea freight costs, we highly recommend purchasing enough volume to fill at least a 20GP container.

Playgrounds are bulky. Our engineers use a modular packaging strategy (nesting smaller pipes inside larger ones and optimizing pallet sizes). This scientific approach reduces the overall CBM, allowing you to fit 10-15% more products in a 40HQ container compared to standard packing.
Our standard payment terms are T/T (transfert télégraphique): 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance before loading the container. We also accept L/C at sight for large wholesale orders.
